Manvi Jangid is a passionate advocate for public policy with a strong academic foundation in Political Science from Ramjas College, University of Delhi. She has extensive experience in grassroots community development, having worked with NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Blocks Programme. Her efforts focused on enhancing educational outcomes and strengthening community engagement, particularly in underserved areas. Her dedication to improving digital awareness and social welfare in rural regions is deeply rooted in her upbringing in Merta City, Rajasthan. Her journey in public policy has been marked by various internships, including with the NITI Aayog, Delhi Commission for Women and Aashray NGO, reflecting her commitment to driving meaningful change.

Through the Digital Swaraj Fellowship, Manvi aims to expand her understanding of digital governance and its transformative potential for rural India. She is eager to explore innovative digital solutions that can effectively address socio-economic challenges at the grassroots level. She seeks to develop practical skills in implementing digital policies that can be scaled across diverse communities.
